We have been pushing our bodies in PE by completing various fitness activities:
- side twists
- leg squeeze
- crunches
- skipping
- cross squats
- side bends
- ball lifts
- jump mats
- press ups
- lunges and squats.
We are going to keep a record of our scores and see if we can achieve a new personal best.
Sorry if there are any aching children but at least they will sleep well!
